Many insurance plans cover only licensed psychologists and we are not psychologists.

If you currently have extended medical coverage it is best to speak directly with your insurance provider to clarify their specific coverage guidelines. Submission and reimbursements of cost for the services provided are between the client and insurance provider.

We require 24 hours when cancelling an appointment or the full cost of session will be charged. It is important for us to maintain this policy as that appointment time is not available for other clients and is lost income of the counsellor.
