Cancellation Policy

Please understand that fees are due on the date of service. Online sessions will be sent an invoice and due on the date of service. Late cancellation (i.e. less than 24 hours) will result in a missed session fee charged directly to you. This fee scales as following; first occurrence is half the session cost. All occurrence afterwards will be the full session cost. Future Sessions will be canceled if outstanding balances are present 24hrs before a scheduled session. If a credit card is saved on file, the fee will be charged to it.

It is important for us to uphold these standards as it cover the cost of missed income for our counsellors and insures our availability for other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
